![]() The list of 6 areas is unsurprisingly very long once you include the "associated behaviors" within each one. □ On the subject of intentional company values design, I thought this article was a great summary of key areas of team culture and growth to keep in focus. Next up for me - I’m headed to Stepmojo as the Head of Product, returning to k-12 focused education. Thanks also to the many product leaders that helped and supported me along the way - Beth Porter, Mark Haseltine, Iain Kennedy, Lauren Holliday, Nina Huntemann, Stacey Messier, Shelby Quinn and many others as well. I am forever grateful to to Mark Chang for bringing me into the early EdX team and to Anant Agarwal for his support and energizing presence over the years. I remain confident as ever that edx / 2U is one of the best places to help drive educational change at scale, but my path leads me back to the startup and k-12 world next! I’ll be still available on the Open edX slack moving forward if you’d like to reach me! ![]() ![]() ![]() This week marks my final one at EdX / 2U, though I continue to hope to collaborate with the edX / 2U team as a contributor to the Open edX Community moving forward. As I listen to the opening keynotes and welcome addresses for the Open edX 2022 Conference, I can’t help but reflect back on the past nearly ten years I’ve spent working at edX on its open source Open edX platform.
